Tuesday 10th March at 7-30pm in Ampleforth Village Hall. Harry Farrar will give a presentation entitled “Travellers in Yorkshire during the 17th and 18th Centuries – some Riding Side Saddle on Horse Back through Yorkshire Towns.” Admission £3 including refreshments – Everyone welcome.

Just turn up wearing suitable loose clothing. All the exercises can be adapted for the less agile! The class not only makes us fitter but improves our co-ordination skills. Our instructor is Andy Gamble – a very friendly and professional Gym Instructor fully trained in Fitness and Sports Therapy and qualified as a Level 5 Sports Injury Therapist.

A gentle exercise class suitable for beginners and people returning to exercise suitable for all fitness levels.
£6 per session paid on the day

PLANT SALE – Saturday 18th May

Ampleforth and District Gardening Club will be holding its annual Plant Sale on Saturday 18th May from 10am in Ampleforth Village Hall. Entry £1.

A selection of annuals, perennials, herbs and vegetables plus home produce and a raffle. Everything will sell out, so come early to avoid disappointment.

Ampleforth Parish Council

The Annual Meting of the Parish Council will be held in Ampleforth Village Hall on Thursday 9th May at 7pm. Come along and hear what the Parish Council has done over the year and our plans for the coming year. Your comments and suggestions will be very welcome.
